Founded in the 9th year of the Taisho Era. Hand brewed in a controlled refrigerated environment and after bottling the sake is protected from oxidation by low-temperature storage. Uses underground water from the Kurikoma Mountains. This product is brewed without filtration for a sake that "tastes like rice." The main product, Kurikomayama, is named after the mountain. |
